Kitchen positions are TIPPED positions; average weekly tip income is an additional $10+ per hour average.

Hours of Operation are 1130am-800pm Thursday-Saturday and 1030am-530pm Sunday. Line Cooks are typically scheduled for four 8-10 hour shifts, Thursday-Sunday. Some event shifts may also be available. We have purchased a pizza food truck – food truck and/or pizza experience is a plus.

Duties:

• Work as experts on all Dripping Springs Distilling Spirits and Republic Spirit Blends. Perform product tastings and sell the story and uniqueness of the Dripping Springs Brand. Product and distilling process training will be provided.
• Set up and stock kitchen
• Prepare food items for service
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
• Flexibility to work several different stations
• Be able to follow and execute recipes and procedures

Requirements:

• Manual dexterity to work cooking equipment/tools
• Food handlers required within 30 days of hire date
• Prep cook: 1-2 years of experience in full-service restaurant
• High-energy, friendly, and personable personalities
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Team player
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
