Join us for a tour & tasting, a cocktail, some elevated comfort bites, and some beautiful scenery on our incredible 10-acre Hill Country property.

Dripping Springs Vodka
Handcrafted without compromise, Dripping Springs Vodka and Dripping Springs Orange Vodka are micro-distilled 20 times in copper pot stills in small 50-gallon batches. They are then mixed with pure, mineral-rich artesian spring water from the Texas Hill Country before a final clarifying, slow filtration through Swedish activated charcoal. Dripping Springs Vodka is lush and balanced with a smooth finish. Dripping Springs Orange Vodka is infused with oranges we hand zest here at the distillery, for an all natural orange flavor.
Dripping Springs Gins are made in small 40-gallon batches in our proprietary copper pot stills. Each batch is designed to capture the essence of our nine botanical mix with an optimal 40% Distiller’s cut, and are finished with pure, Hill Country Artesian Spring Water.
Dripping Springs Artisan Gin is an approachable, lower proof (85 proof) spirit made with a delicate combination of soft floral notes, a hint of spice, and fresh citrus from the Texas Rio Grande Valley.
Dripping Springs Traditional Gin is a juniper-forward London dry gin, reinvented with southwestern flavors. It is 95 proof and designed for Traditional Gin lovers who enjoy a richer citrus and juniper palate.
1876 Bourbon
1876 Texas Bourbon is distilled, barreled and bottled in Texas using 80% yellow #2 Texas corn and 20% Secale Cereale Oklahoma winter rye. This blend is triple distilled and aged for 3-5 years in new, white American oak then refined to 85 proof with Hill Country Artesian Spring Water. The end result is a rich and balanced Bourbon with flavors of rye toast, caramel and vanilla with just a hint of smoke.
Our Port Barrel Finish starts with our 3-5 year aged 1876 Texas Straight Bourbon at cask strength. It undergoes a second barrel aging process for 8 weeks in select port wine barrels that we secure from the Napa Valley region of California. The result is an incredibly smooth bourbon that is perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks.
Made from real ingredients and sweetened with organic agave nectar and pure cane sugar, these mixers are sure to shake up your spirit! Republic Spirit Blends are a line of delicious mixers that blend well with the finest tequila, smoothest spirits, sparkling water, wine, and beer.
